·       Hashem should guide the therapists to build reproducible and comfortable immobilization device for _________before her/his CT scan

·       Hashem should make the CT scan of _____________ clear so that the doctor can accurately identify the target

·       Hashem should guide the physician to accurately contour the target and choose the appropriate and most effective radiation dose and fractionation

·       Hashem should direct the planner working on __________’s radiation plan to elaborate appropriate beam angle, energies and shapes to aim at target only and spare all surrounding healthy tissues

·       Hashem should lead the physicist working on the linear accelerator/radiation machine to accurately calibrate the beam energies and constraints every day so that it delivers precise treatment

·       Hashem should guide therapists setting up _____________ every day on the treatment couch and using immobilization device so that he/she is comfortable and can reproduce same position for all his/her treatments

·       May the Ribono Shel Olam make the radiation treatment of ____________ effective and she/he should have no side effect from the radiation

The divine soul of man is transmitted and descends to this world to be clothed in a human body, through the mystery of speech. On this day of fasting, I want to share my insights on the verse of Poseach es yadecho that we say in Ashrei 3 times day. 1. Poseach es Yadecho - You open your hand(which is the source of plenty), Umasbia lchol chai Rotzon - And you feed them according to "their wants". Note: Hashem's generosity goes beyond"needs". . An Expression of Hodaah - Gratitude   2. Poseach es yodecho umasbia l'chol chai, Rotzon - "with your willingness". Meaning, you make their wish, (those who are Chai Ratzon) Your will. An Expression of Hodaah- Gratitude   3.(this one is a teffilah, versus the other 2 were hoda'ah.) Poseach es yodecho - please Hashem, open your generous hand, Umasbia lchol ..
